Experience moments of relaxation and close contact with the nature in Aspra Chomata Villas. Aspra Chomata Villas is a complex of two independent holiday cottages of 50 sqm. each.
They are built in an estate of five acres overgrown with long-standing olive trees in a boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of warm -earthy village-cottage element.
The houses are identical and consist of a ground floor with a courtyard of 20 sqm and a first floor with a balcony of 20 sqm. The floors are connected by a stone staircase. The beds, the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen are built. There is a decorative fireplace in the upper floor bedroom.
Both villas have unobstructed sea views (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and through the bedroom. In more detail on the ground floor there is a courtyard with a bench and an old-style table. From the courtyard we enter the lower floor which has the dining room, built double bed, built kitchen fully equipped and built bathroom fully equipped. A stone staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with built-in double bed, wardrobe, built-in sofas and a Cycladic – cottage style decorative fireplace.
Outside upstairs there is a large balcony with table seats and an unobstructed view of the sea and shaded by a white wooden pergola.
The ceiling on both floors is covered with white wood in the first cottage, while in the second cottage it is covered with white plaster, worked in a traditional cottage style (pulled).
The floor on both floors is covered with natural Karystos stone and decorative ceramic elements.
The frames are energy with double glazing.
On both floors there is air conditioning (heat / cooling).
In the surrounding area between and under the olive trees there are many clay pots and jars and small stone gardens with various plants. Mostly aromatic. The warm and earthy stone architecture and aesthetics of the surrounding area creates a sense of relaxation and intimacy with the wider space and the accommodations and direct contact with the nature.
